Home / Customization
Most of our clients have never commissioned a piece of furniture before. We've structured the process so it feels less like a transaction and more like working with a thoughtful designer.
Four stages
You drop into the showroom or send a brief by email. We ask about the room, how you use it, and what you want the piece to do.
Within five working days you receive hand-drawn proposals, swatches of timber and fabric, and a written quotation. We refine until you are happy — at no extra charge.
Once you sign off, the piece is scheduled into the workshop. You receive progress photos at the frame, upholstery and finishing stages.
Our own crew delivers, positions and adjusts on-site. Final inspection is together. Care notes and warranty paperwork are handed over in person.

Materials we work in
Timber: kiln-dried American walnut, white oak, ash and Malaysian sungkai are our defaults. Custom species (rosewood, teak, beech) are available on request and quoted separately.
Upholstery: Belgian linen, Italian velvet, full-grain leather, performance bouclé. We hold standing stock from suppliers we have worked with for years; for unusual fabrics, expect a two to three week lead-time addition.
Foam: high-density CMHR polyurethane with a wrap of feather-and-down for the comfort layer. Firm, medium and soft options.
Trim & hardware: brushed brass, antiqued nickel, blackened steel. Hidden hardware on request.
Indicative pricing
Every commission is quoted individually, but it helps to know where to begin. The ranges below cover the bulk of what we build, in our default materials.
All prices are indicative, inclusive of SST and exclusive of delivery outside Klang Valley. A formal quotation accompanies every signed-off sketch.
The first step is genuinely a conversation — no obligation, no pressure to commission anything. Send us a brief, or visit the showroom.
