Catalogue furniture is built to ship cheaply. We build to a different brief — solid frames, joinery that holds, fabrics chosen with the room (and the family) in mind. Every commission is yours from sketch to delivery.
Fabrics we stand behind
We work primarily with Belgian linens, Italian velvets and certified leathers. Every fabric is rated for daily-use abrasion before we recommend it.
Quiet aftercare
A two-year structural warranty comes standard. Re-upholstery, refinishing and minor repairs are handled in-house — bring the piece back any time.

The commission process, simplified
Most of our clients have never commissioned furniture before. We've structured the journey to feel less like a manufacturing transaction and more like working with a thoughtful designer.
Conversation
Visit the showroom or send a brief. We listen to the room, the rituals, the budget — and only then talk furniture.
Sketch & sample
You receive hand-drawn proposals, fabric and timber swatches, and a written quotation. Refinements are unlimited.
Build
Once you sign off, we begin in the workshop. Progress photos sent at frame, upholstery and finishing stages.
White-glove delivery
Our own team delivers, positions and adjusts on-site. Final inspection together, then a quiet handover.
Inside the workshop
Eighteen craftspeople, one roof.
Our Subang Jaya workshop houses every stage under one roof: frame joinery, foam cutting, hand-tailored upholstery, finishing and packing. Clients are welcome to visit during a commission — many do, and most leave with new appreciation for what their furniture is made of.
We have trained five apprentices through the Selangor Skills Development Centre and continue to invest in the trade. Quality of work is downstream of quality of working life.

Questions clients usually ask
How long does a custom commission take?
A single armchair or dining chair set is typically ready in six to eight weeks. Larger sofa commissions or full hospitality fit-outs run ten to sixteen weeks depending on fabric lead times.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. We have delivered to Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu. Crated freight is arranged through our trusted logistics partner and quoted with your final invoice.
Can you re-upholster a piece I already own?
Absolutely. Re-upholstery is one of our most popular services for families restoring heirloom pieces. We assess the frame condition first and provide a written quotation before any work begins.
Is a showroom visit required to commission a piece?
It helps but is not essential. For clients outside Klang Valley we send physical fabric and wood swatches by courier, and conduct video consultations to walk through sketches together.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every commission comes with a two-year structural warranty covering frame integrity, springs and seam construction. Upholstery wear and fabric pilling are excluded as these depend on use.
Can I choose my own fabric from another supplier?
Yes, with one caveat — we will need to test the fabric's abrasion rating before committing. If your chosen material is unsuitable for daily use, we'll tell you honestly.
