How we handle personal information at Xenoblox Bespoke Sdn Bhd.

This policy describes how Xenoblox Bespoke Sdn Bhd (registration 1248560-K), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia and based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, collects, uses, retains and protects personal information from visitors to xenoblox.pro and clients of our furniture commissioning service.
What information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to share with us:
- Information you provide via the contact form on this website — name, email address, phone number, project type, and the free-text brief you write.
- Information you provide during consultations, in person, by phone or by video call — typically room measurements, delivery addresses, fabric preferences, and budget ranges.
- Limited technical information collected automatically when you browse this website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on page. This is used only for diagnostic and security purposes.
How we use it
Personal information shared with us is used for one purpose: to deliver the furniture commission or service you have asked us about. Concretely:
- Replying to your enquiry and arranging an initial consultation.
- Producing sketches, swatches, quotations and progress photographs.
- Co-ordinating delivery, installation and any aftercare.
- Issuing tax invoices and maintaining accounting records as required by Malaysian law.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Personal information is shared only with parties necessary to complete your commission:
- Our own employees and contracted craftspeople working on your project.
- Delivery and logistics partners moving your finished pieces to you.
- Government agencies where required by law (for example, tax authorities).
In all cases, we share the minimum information necessary for the task.
How long we keep it
Active commission records are retained for the life of the project plus the duration of the structural warranty (two years residential, three years commercial). Accounting records are retained for seven years to comply with Malaysian tax law. Beyond these periods, we delete or anonymise personal information at the next regular review.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, and to request its deletion (subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records). Security
This website uses HTTPS for all form submissions. Personal information stored internally is protected by access controls, encrypted backups, and the security best practices of our hosting provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information private.
