Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of this website and any commission you place with us.

Last updated: 27 May 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the website at xenoblox.pro and to any furniture commission placed with Xenoblox Bespoke Sdn Bhd (registration 1248560-K), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this website or commissioning work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place a commission.

2. The website

The content of this website is for general information and to introduce our services. Descriptions, images and indicative pricing are accurate at the time of writing but are not contractual offers. A binding offer comes only through a written quotation signed off by both parties.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We are not liable for any loss arising from website downtime or inaccuracy.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, sketches, layouts and design — is the property of Xenoblox Bespoke Sdn Bhd or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republication, redistribution or commercial use without our written consent is not permitted.

4. Commissions

A commission begins when you sign and return our written quotation and pay the agreed deposit. The quotation specifies the pieces, materials, dimensions, lead time and total price. Any changes after sign-off may incur additional charges and may extend lead time.

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit on sign-off and 50% on delivery. Commercial accounts may negotiate different terms in writing.

5. Lead times

The lead time stated in your quotation is our genuine best estimate. We meet it in the vast majority of commissions. Delays arising from causes outside our reasonable control (e.g. fabric supplier delays, force majeure) will be communicated promptly and a revised delivery date agreed in writing.

6. Delivery and acceptance

Delivery is by our own team in the Klang Valley and by trusted logistics partners elsewhere. On delivery you will be asked to inspect each piece and sign an acceptance note. Notable concerns should be raised at that time. Latent defects covered by warranty (see below) may be raised any time during the warranty period.

7. Warranty

Each piece carries our two-year structural warranty (three years for commercial accounts), covering frame integrity, springs and seam construction. The warranty does not cover normal wear, fabric pilling, fading, accidental damage, or misuse. Warranty repairs are carried out at our workshop; we will arrange collection and return.

8. Liability

Our maximum liability arising from any commission is the total contract value of that commission. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Selangor have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to enforce our rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version current at the date your commission is signed off is the version that applies to that commission.

11. Contact
